Hi All,
Shouldn’t I be able to access previous conversations in my inbox? It’s empty. When I click on the envelope icon at top, it says “no conversations.“

Never mind! I just found the answer.

If you click on the envelope icon, you should see “Show All” at the bottom left corner.
