I was wondering if there is a code of dress for members posting photos of themselves on TCS or a code of decency in dress. Thank you.

If you've seen a picture, or anything, in a thread that you think is "questionable", click the FLAG icon which will bring up a screen to type in a message. Then when when you hit "report post", all the site moderators will get a copy of it, and someone check out the thread.
