Coconut milk in FF Gourmet Naturals???

Anybody have a clue why some (not all) of the FF Gourmet Naturals contain coconut milk? Just curious if anyone knows its purpose. Thanks!!

Purina actually has a page dedicated to their ingredients. Say what you will about the quality of their recipes, but I really appreciate this!
