I'm sorry, Fran. I am pretty horrible about Facebook so I'm afraid I didn't know Cindy was so ill. I really feel for you being caught in that horrible middle of not knowing whether to try or not to try chemo. It's a really tough call and all you can do is listen to what the experts are telling you. I'm glad you had faith in your vets abilities even when it was time to let go

RIP Cindy

I'll be interested to see how soon she decides to move in to the master bedroom, which was Cindy's protected territory.

We've had Feliway going for most of Cindy's illness to help with "strange cat syndrome" with Cindy's back-and-forthing to the vet, so Fawn has been pretty mellow, and I guess that may have something to do with her apparent comfort.
Although this is a terribly sad time for you all, its good to hear that Fawn is dealing with this well. Hopefully, she will be in the bedroom with you guys soon.

Continued thoughts for you guys, Fran

Yesterday was a tough day. Rob picked up her ashes. So final. She's on the dresser beside the bed that was her protected territory.

Thanks everyone for your good thoughts.

Fighting for ferals in NW NJ!
Fran, I don't know how I missed this thread for so long, but I just saw this. I am SO sorry sweetie. You didn't have much time to prepare yourself for her loss, and that just makes it all the harder.
My heart is just breaking for you!

I do know
Cindy
is sending you all the love and reassurance she can, because she had a wonderful life and an amazing meowmy.
