My cat returned home with one eye squinty last night and when she opened her eye this morning I discovered that it was mulky. What do you think happen to her? Would it go away on its own?

You need to take her to the vet. Eye issues aren't really things to try to treat at home.

Do you mean milky? Since she goes outside, there are numerous possibilities, and no one here could possibly guess. Do you have a vet that will accept pics to look at? You might try getting a clearer one and send it to them. Tbh, I can't tell much from those pics.
