Cats and sinks?

Do you have pics to share about cats and sink?

Macha doesn't like to sit there or even close to the sink but Mia is totally different cat. She sits there for few minutes and I am a bit worried, it might not good for her because it's cold. Why some cats like sink ?

I am not sure, but as soon as Zeus figured out how to jump up on the kitchen counter he started hanging out in the kitchen sink. He loves the sink in the bathroom too....lol! Maybe it is nice and cool to them.

LOL...Zeus loves kitchen sink and bathroom sink, he has two sinks to use

 Mia can't jump on the kitchen counter yet I bet if she can she would do the same like Zeus

This is Grizzly at 4 months old - it was in the middle of July and desperately seeking for a cool spot.. So he occupied the sink almost the entire summer through autumn 

I also have a video of him drinking water from the faucet.. It's his 1st choice of drinking water. If the bathroom door is closed, THEN he goes to his water bowl (which I have to add, always contains fresh water!)

Wow... 4 months he almost occupied the sink lol he's a big boy! ​:-)

Thanks! At first he was really "petit".. He had such short legs as a baby, that I thought he was a munchkin mix!

But after he became 2 months old he gained height, length and weight way more than his sibblings! The behaviorist that had a session with him, told me that he is taller and longer than average.. He is also much heavier than he looks.. My back knows it well! 

  Mind you, he was the smallest of the litter.. Now he is the biggest, except for his "fat" brother.. But Grizzly is taller.. Ha!

Cassie HAS to sit in the sink while I do my hair in the morning. I cannot brush my teeth until the very last thing I do because she won't get out of the sink. If I brush my teeth before she comes, she'd get upset because there's water in the sink. Spoiled feline.

Here is picture of Fuzzy my first Persian. He loved laying in sinks. My 2 that I have now don't. Prince does loved to drink water out of a sink.

Yes, that is Artie, my guy....

He is very photogenic, when he decides to be photographed.  Unfortunately, I have taken too many pictures and he runs from my camera/phone now....

 Angua always loved spending time in sinks when she was younger. Now she has more of a fixation with playing with the mirror.

NewYork, some cats they loves mirror and maybe they want to see how beautiful they are

like us humans we need that mirror everyday lol

She mostly loves jumping up against it to smudge it randomly. Or to smoosh bugs on it. She is very good at smashing them on the glass.

Mia is bit curious with the mirror, she's wondering why there's another Siamese

Macha doesn't care much, she is older than Mia so maybe she knows about the mirror. :-) ​
