I was wondering if anyone had this happen with their kitty. Our cat seems to be facinated with our stucco ceiling. She will stare at it, examine it and then meow at it. I look up, thinking that she is seeing shadows but I don't see anything. It isn't a bother, just kind of strange. She looks really cute - sitting there, examining the ceiling. She does it every once in a while - not all the time. Anyone know why she might be doing this?

Cat stuck on stucco

My cat acts like that when she looks at a certain painting at our home. I think she may be reacting to her own reflection in the glass - thinking this is another cat. Maybe they're just showing their appreciation of the good work
Have you ever stared at the stucco ceiling before. I will swear that I have and after ahwile, you can see pictures and patterns! Maybe she is seeing a tuna fish or some cat nip..
. I have seen my cats jump into the air for no reason so anything is possible. I say it's a good thing as long as it keeps them active and happy!!!
