Cat stopped eating and drinking.

6 year old cat. Started throwing up 5 days ago. Indoor cat. Thought maybe injested something. 1st vet visit. Xrays negative with a little bit of stool in intestine. Gave cerenia for nausia. Still throwing up. 2nd vet visit. More xrays. Blood work. Negative and normal. Tried doing enema. Only passed a few little stool samples. Still not eating or drinking. Was given fluids for hydration. We are totally clueless on what to do next.

Hi! Double check with your vet, but can you hand feed him bland foods, some Gerber stage 2 meat flavored baby food? What about hand feeding unseasoned boiled chicken and white rice - some vets prescribe this to help a cat.
KMR? goat milk?

He does not respond to hand feeding. Doesnt want anything.

The cat needs fluid and food, even if you need to syringe feed it. It is expensive but if you have emergency vets in your area they are the best place to diagnose a critical cat, which yours is.

Try syringe feeding as mentioned, or a popsicle stick with a little soft food on it, open his mouth and scrape the food off on his tongue. It can be messy, but it'll work.

He just threw up when we tried. I think we will have to take him to emerg.
