My little Luna was spayed 5 days ago. She is 2 years old, she isn't wearing a cone she REFUSES too but she hasn't been excessively licking the area and has been free to go where ever in the house. She seems to know her limits and is pretty chill cat anyway. She is eating, drinking water, no bathroom problems and still begging for treats as always lol. But does the incision look good and healing right im not sure??

I think it looks fine. I don't see any excessive redness or seepage. If you really want your mind at ease, ask your vet if you can email them those pictures. :)

Looks great! It's not an angry red and I don't see any weeping from the incision.

That incision looks so good! Yes, I do believe that is the glue.

Thanks guys! No she just has one incision, the pics are just from a different angle. It's starting to close up and look a lot better!

I was mislead by that blue/green mark, it looked like another incision.
    Good :)

That is tatooing so others would know if she is spayed. I wish ALL vets would do that, at our shelter so many are opened up to be spayed and have already been!

Wow, that's new to me! I will talk to my vets about it.

Most shelters and vets in the US do this. If it's a TNR cat, they notch the ear.

The incision looks great. I would be pleased with how it's healing.

Thanks everyone for making me feel soooo much better! I was just worried because she hasn't been wearing a cone at all & hasn't been watched while im at work. I love the tattoo my doggy has one as well!

Yes, the ear clipping is what vets do here as well.
In my colony, only a few cats have had their ear clipped after being spayed or neutered. I asked the vets not to do that because I don't like it, unless two cats look the same.

Well, I think your cat must be seen by a vet. I don't think it's normal!
