Cat skin condition???

Does anyone know what could be happening? It only happens to her and usually it never gets this bad. I’m planning to take her to the vet.

I hope your vet appointment is tomorrow. I'm sorry but that looks painful, poor baby. Does she go outdoors? If so, please keep her inside until you see the vet.
