My cat will be sitting there and shivers and its not cold in the room. Hoping its nothing serious

The best thing is to go to a vet and get him checked out.  This is not normal, and there is no way to determine what may be wrong without going to a vet.

Is this a new development? Is the cat acting strange in any other way?
