Hi everyone!

I've had cats my entire life. I have multiple rescue and stray cats. I have come across an issue I've never been faced with before, and while searching for answers, I found this site. I'm hoping to get some feedback about my problem. I'm not sure if this is the correct place to start. Its about my 20 year old girl, Sobe, with multiple health issues. Could anyone point me to the proper forum, or explain to me where to get started? Many Thanks  =^..^=

Hi and welcome to TCS!  You have definitely come to the right place.  Sobe is 20?  Wow, that's amazing!  To post about her health issues, go to the top of the page to the menu and select "Forums".  From there you'll get a list of forums, select the one that says "Cat Health".  Once you're there, you can start a new thread.

There are a lot of very knowledgeable people on this site and they are very generous with sharing that knowledge so you should get some good feedback.

Pats to Sobe.

Sobe passed away October 19th. I miss her every day.
I have an issue with one of my other older cats, Toby. He has lots of dandruff. Brushing doesn't help. He seems fine. I did some research, and I read that rubbing coconut oil on him might help. Any thoughts?

I'm so sorry about Sobe.  She certainly had a good long life with you.  It's never long enough, though.
You might consider posting a tribute to her in the Crossing the Bridge forum.  That helps a lot of people as they grieve the loss of their beloved cats.  http://www.thecatsite.com/f/19/crossing-the-bridge

It's my understanding that what helps most with dandruff is adding omega-3 oil to their diet and/or changing their food.  This is actually something I have to try myself because my Paul has developed the same problem and daily brushing doesn't help.  I really don't know about rubbing coconut oil on your cat - hopefully someone with some experience in that will chime in.
