Cat peeing while asleep

My cat pee while asleep as well and according to vets is in perfect health... from what I gathered so far it can be stress related but I have no idea what can I do about it... I'm really curious about what the reasons and solution might be.

How old is your cat? How long has your cat been doing this? Are there any other times your cat pees outside the litter box (assuming you have a litter box and s/he does not pee only outdoors)? And what tests did the vet run to determine s/he is in perfect health? The more information you can give us the better we might be able to offer ideas/thoughts.
