Cat not stimulating kitten to poop.

My cat gave birth to 3 kittens. Unfortunately one died, and one was stillborn but survived after a lot of effort (her color is white so I'll use that for reference). But now the cat is not stimulating the white one to poop. She does clean and stimulates the other one (Brown) but not the white one. Also 24 hours after birth the white one weighs 2.1 oz and the Brown one weighs 4.0 oz.
