cat mites

I have two cats recently, and both of them have this "mites eggs" over the furr. Whenever I use the comb, there are these "new-hatch" mites all over. How can I overcome this? Of course I had taken care of cats before, but this is the first time I see this many mites. Very pleased to receive all of your suggestions. thank you

Revolution plus (or any similar topical treatment) that gets rid of all fleas, lice, mites in one go. Follow up with medicated shampoo.

question: are you sure they’re mites and not fleas or lice?Asking because lice eggs and newborn lice may look similar?
