About 5 years ago I was doing rescue work in California and worked with all kinds of animals. I had left an abusive relationship and moved to Tennessee so my cat rescueing got put on hold. I finally purchased my own land and house about March of this year. Moved to NC. I stepped on my porch thus Sunday and a little ball of joy ran right up to me. A TINY torishshell and when I lifted her up I figured she was about 3 to 4 pounds about 4 months max and then I noticed her belly. Oh my god this kitten got kittens inside her. I called a vet Monday got her an appointment for August 3rd. We're gonna see what they suggest based on her size and for her health. I've named her Freya she will be spayed at some point. First and last litter if she is recommended to carry to term.

Freya is isolated in our master bathroom right now my resident cats are super interested! I think they remember when we were a rotating door of new friends. She's a riot she's already learned if I scream at the bowl more food will appear. Small batches so she doesn't get sick. I gave her some chicken water as well to make sure she had enough hydration. She does this long stretch like she's going to scratch on you like a post but she won't use nails anymore she wants to be picked up and snuggled face to face.

So far Freya js doing well we got teramycin for her eye the Grey spot was a small ulcer. They didn't have ultrasound st this vet. He said it was hard to feel should be about 2 kittens. Didn't want to do an ultrasound due to not knowing the length of time which I appreciate. She's super active and playful. I let her out of the master bathroom every night to play in the bedroom and she gets all the zoomies while I get ready for mlbed. My boyfriend will play with her during the day with the bedroom door shut during the day while I finish my shift at work. She's been introduced to a few of the resident cats but she's gotten more protective/ aggressive lately so I been alowing supervised time with play toys 1 on 1 with only certain cats like my luna or Marci who thinks every kitten is her baby. Some photo updates included! The Grey spot in her eye is almost gone now.
