cannot send a pm to a member

Hi! segelkatt and I have both tried to send a pm to Graceful-Lily and aren't able to.

Graceful-lily checked her preferences and can't see anything that would block pms. Is it the hyphen in her name?

I 've just made a change to her settings and will send a PM to see whether or not it makes a difference.

For future reference:
In order to receive PMs, a user has to have the following "Privacy" settings .
"Allow users to" - --> "Start conversations with you" --> "Members only"
