You can ask them not to divulge your or your husband's names; they know about HIPAA.

This is very effective action! Find the name of the person who runs the psychiatric facility. Then email a local news station, state attorney general and that psychiatric facility making sure that you CC the email. People will move quickly to “help” you (probably apologizing for the “oversight”)
