Can anyone tell me what breed(s) my cat Lily is? She's 20yrs old and I've had her in my family since she was about 3-6months old.

Lily is a beautiful cat, and has such a loving expression. I would describe her as a blue mackerel tabby domestic shorthair. Most cats aren't any particular breed, but that doesn't make them any less special. Domestic shorthairs are great cats in their own right!
She still looks quite youthful, I wouldn't guess she was 20 years old from her pictures. You must be taking excellent care of her.
