Can anyone give me advice

I think my cat may be sick.

Her nose is dry, she’s generally been pretty lethargic and sleepy lately and I think she may have just had a phantom pregnancy and it’s been 6-7 weeks since she’s been in heat but she hasn’t gained any weight. She’s not eating more, if anything she eats pretty small amounts.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sound like this has been going on for a while.
I'd bring her to the vet personally.

She’s not eating more, if anything she eats pretty small amounts.

Be sure she eats enough, if you have to handfeed, do that with soft foods. Get some kitten milk replacer and goat milk in addition, try warming her food too.

Do you have a vet? Do you need financial help?
