I am feeding my cat Ruby 210-230 calories a day. She is a 10 pound, senior turkish angora. Is this a good amount? Also, my two brands are Taste of the Wild dry food, and Blue Buffalo wet food. Are these two brands healthy? I do not feed her senior cat food. Should I start feeding her senior food?

Depending on her general body condition, the calories per day you are feeding is close to the decent starting point. For a 10# cat in ideal body condition, her calories needed per day would be around 180kcal.  However, if she is active, indoor/outdoor--etc, she may need more.  If she is overweight, she may need less.  Taste of the Wild dry food is fairly moderate in calorie (published ~350-390kcal/cup) and I think this is a nice food overall.   Blue Buffalo is also a reliable manufacturer with apparently good quality control overall.  I do not necessarily think cats of a certain age should automatically be fed a senior diet.  If she is doing well then I do not recommend a diet change.
