I agree with Mschauser’s analysis. There are a couple ingredients you can add to satisfy the AAFCO (I personally prefer NRC ) guideline when it comes to micronutrients. Mussels contains extremely high amount of manganese and iron, as little as 4% of cooked mussels in your total amount prepared food will satisfy the AAFCO requirement. As for vitamin D, I’d add 10% of cooked mackerel or salmon in the recipe. It not only adds vitamin d but also high amount of omega 3. I’d add 100mg of vitamin E per 700g of food prepared and I’m sure you can find those dose. As for vitamin B, You can try and use some pork or duck (10%) in the recipe to help with that. Other than that, you can use substitutes with no problem as those are water soluble. Hope that helps :)
