Blood In Urine

My kitty pees in the shower time to time. It looks like there is a little blood in her urine(looks a little brown in there not perfectly yellow). I’ve seen this twice. Once after her surgery and now. The surgery wasn’t that long ago at 2 weeks ago. Did they mess up? She was not in heat. I called them and there tech is calling me back. I went to a clinic.

She may have a urinary infection. There is medicine for that which will clear her right up.

They called back and that’s what they think as well(Uti). Is it common to get them after a spay?

I don't know if it's common, but it is not unusual. They will give her an antibiotic and maybe pain meds. It's very painful, and some cats avoid the litter pan because they think the pan is causing the pain.

Awww poor baby. I’m relieved because it’s not a complication of the spay but feel horrible for her. That makes sense with the tub then.
