My cat has (what i guessed was) feline acne on her chin, its decreased a lot with betadine. Now I saw these around her eye and am starting to think the specks on her chin werent feline acne. Is this also feline acne? How can I treat it if its near her eyes? Could it be something else?? (Not freckles, can be removed)

Will the specks comb out? It may be flea dirt. Use a soft damp cloth to see if the specks will wipe away.

They can be removed, how do I know if it's flea dirt?

The best way is to flea comb her. Look for not only fleas, but more black specks in other parts of her body. You can also wipe the comb after each stroke on a damp paper towel, if the towel turns 'pinkish' that would be evidence of flea dirt - which is nothing more than flea poop whereby the fleas poop out some of the blood they digest with biting your cat, and everyone calls it flea dirt.
