Oh, no, he's fine. He's always had an issue with being touched around the eyes. He doesn't let me clean there, and I've noticed he tends to avoid it when he's washing himself.
It might be a good idea to get him checked by a vet. If he doesn't like being touched by his eyes it could mean they are painful. Watering like that and having his third eyelid showing is a sign of some kind of problem.

Like Nebaug Nebaug said, cats can get allergies. My black cat Jiro gets pollen allergies in the spring. We have eye drops and cream that help him.
