F FeralHearts -be encouraged,stay positive-it's funny but the things we worry about the most usually don't happen how we imagine they will.....I don't believe anyone can predict "how long or how short"( not the most brilliant minds)He lived 4 years and did not die of melanoma.
My Grandpa used to tell a funny story when he was diagnosed with Lou Gherig disease and his Dr told him he should stop smoking.... firstly in his broken English he said" Why? cigarettes no killa mi- Lou Gherig is!"
Then he went on to say he had a good friend Joe who stopped smoking but the cigarettes killed him anyway!He said Joe crossed the street one day and BAM got ran over by a Marlboro truck!
It was his strange way of saying no one is guaranteed tomorrow,everyday is a GIFT
