Spending tomorrow in the kitchen! I just came home with 26 lbs of meat.

I've been poaching chicken breasts to 165 degrees, but would appreciate input on the best - easiest - way to cook a big batch. Can I use the oven?

I've got:

chicken breast boneless, skinless 10 lbs

chicken thighs. boneless, skinless 9 lbs

chicken gizzards and hearts 1 lb

turkey drumstix 6 lbs

also

chicken livers in freezer 1.25 lbs

edit: The Kids aren't used to raw food or organ meat. Since this is all brand new to them, I'd like to cook the organs and blend them in with the batches.OR, could I dehydrate them in the oven and then crush them into powder??

@mrsgreenjeens- Thank you for the links! Nope, no bones for my two! They get egg shell calcium because it's supposed to be easier on sensitive guts than bone. Hezký is especially sensitive and that's part of the reason for switching them to home-made.
