Hey all! I’m new to this forum and new to my being a cat mom. I found my Sasha In the middle of the road when she was ~4 weeks old, she’s now 10 weeks and some change. I’m trying to get her harness trained but I’m not sure I like the harness I have already. Any suggestions?

Hi and :welcomesign: When I was leash training a cat, I’d bought one like this. It was okay until a passing car startled her and boy, she wriggling out of it so fast, I was barely able to grab her.

Then I bought one like this and it was much better, she couldn’t get out of it.

I use one like this. This one is by rabbitgoo. The straps are chunky which I don’t like but it’s been the most reliable in terms of preventing escape. I’m not sure how well their kitten size works - my girl was about 3 years old when I introduced her. But something like this works

That being said, I also have the one below. I don’t trust this harness as much because it gapes a bit behind the elbow. It’s easy for them to slip their elbow, and therefore leg, free.
