I hope someone will be able to give me some info on a concern I have about my cat. Due to finances I was unable to get my cat (Nomar) neutered at the age thats stated in Catsite newsletter. He is 10 months old and my question is. Is that the age males cats reach maturity? and will he have same behaviors such as non-stop meowing and spraying after being neutered? Nomar has yet to spray but a friend said he could do that even after being neutered..any info would be appreciated...

It really depends on the cat. If he starts spraying and acting like a Tomcat then theres a chance the behavior wont completley go away after neutering.

I think you're lucky he's is not yet displaying the signs of sexual maturity. You need to hurry and get him neutered ASAP! Look for a low-cost spay and neuter clinic in you area. Check out this site: http://www.spayusa.com

And welcome to the forums!
