If anyone read any of my previous posts, you know I never owned a cat before. But three months ago this hungry little kitty showed up in my backyard and after feeding her for a couple of weeks we trapped her. She was SO unhappy the first couple of weeks, she hid from us all the time except to come out to eat and sometimes walk around meowing pitifully. (She showed signs of lactating, but no kittens were ever found.) Three months later she is fat and sassy, with a nice shiny coat. She "owns" the house, and never lets me out of her sight. She sits in my lap, lets me pick her up and cuddle her, and follows me everywhere I go. She just needed a good home and some love!
