If it helps, you based your decision upon thinking of Monet and what was best for him. :hugs: Please know that was the kindest gift you could have given him. He is no longer suffering and is pain free now. I'm also thankful your mom was with you for support.
RIP sweet angel.

Condolences on your loss of Monet. I'm so sorry his CKD progressed so quickly, but glad you're at peace with your decision to let him cross the bridge. Even still, it's just so hard letting them go, as all we want is to make them well again. RIP sweet boy. :angel3:

I am so sorry for your loss. But it sounds like he was ready, for being so quiet in a situation which formerly agitated him. Sometimes, that's the best way of knowing despite it being heartbreaking for us.
Many hugs to you. Rest in love and peace Monet, until we all meet again. ❤

I am so very sorry for your loss of Monet, please accept my condolences. I know your decision was difficult to make but it is one that many of us have had to decide to ease the suffering of our cats. Monet is at peace and running free but know that he will always be in your heart.
