Bed sheets and cat hair (microfiber is clingy... considering flax linen)

Hi,

I adopted a long haired rescue in March. She's very sweet and we love her. The problem that I am having is that her hair clings to microfiber bed sheets. I have seen online that pet hair shakes easily off flax linen sheets. I am wondering if this is true. Does anyone have any advice about bed sheets and cat hair?

I sleep on these they seem to brush my cats hair off ok but i would get a lint roller and try that too
