Baking Pan Question

I have never heard of a library loaning out baking items! That's very cool.

If you get 24 brownie bites, that would be two per person. I can tell you that around here, most people will only take one or two pieces of anything, and then they're done. Then again, I've made orange-pineapple muffins in mini-muffin pans and brought in a dozen for the five of us in my department at work and then were gone in no time. If you do decide to double the batch, you can always take leftovers (if there are any!) home for the freezer.

I don't mind making a double batch. Better too much than not enough. Some days there's maybe 6 people or less in the lab. Other days the entire office is here, like it looks like it will be today. Some people have kids so extras can be taken home.

Unlike the last job, there are no greedy unappreciative gluttons squabbling over free food here :nono: :headshake:

It is neat that some libraries loan out baking pans, tents, and other stuff besides books :agree:
