Bad Paw

I found a little baby kitten about a week ago at my house. She is only a few weeks old and when I found her the front right paw looked hurt. Since I've took her in it's got worse. I took her to the vet and they said she's too young to do anything. Since taking her to the vet her pad has turned black and the muscle seems to pulling her paw in. When she walks it scraps the ground and sounds like a rock because it's hard. Any suggestions?

I would seek a second opinion. The paw turning black is concerning as an infection could set in.

Take her to another vet ASAP. She's not too little to do something.

Oh yeah, seeing the pic, there is most definitely something wrong here.
And to the contrary, the younger the faster they heal, soft bones and tissue heals well.

Def a new vet to check her.

When did you take her to the initial vet (how long ago)?


How is the kitten doing; have you decided to get her back in to the vet or another vet?
