I voted at 10AM at my local township precinct and surprisingly it was a long line out the door and into the parking lot. Only about 1/2 hour wait so not bad at all. It was at least sunny, 68F but very breezy.

The poll workers said people were waiting in a line when they opened at 7:30AM, it's been busier than normal and a steady stream of people. They haven't seen this many people in a few years and things have been going smoothly and quietly.

I am in Ohio and did the mail in ballot. I have been doing that for years for the Presidential elections. They started it long before the pandemic so they have the kinks worked out of it. I get the text saying that my ballot was accepted for counting and almost immediately the junk mail, political texts and robocalls stop.

Repeating this:

**** Just a reminder ****

This question is in the Cat Lounge. It is not in IMO. The question is if you will be watching election coverage, nothing more. If you want to give your opinion on the election or the candidates, take it to IMO.

Thanks.
