Can anyone point me to an apple butter recipe here, or elsewhere that they actually have made and enjoyed?
I have pounds and pounds of apples at home now; my market boxes have been filled with them for several weeks. I tasted the one they make which was fantastic but I don't want to buy it when I can make it myself.
FYI, I tried it squeezed onto some mini apple cider donuts. OMG. So darn good.
