According to you chart your kitten N° 2 has not gained any weight since his birth but hasn't lost any either thankfully. I would keep an eye on them all to make sure N°2 is getting his share of mom's nursing. With so many babies mom could be overpowered.

If you can weigh in grams, that might give you more detailed information.

Yes I know, but I’m afraid my scale doesn’t weigh in grams. They all seem very healthy though and all have nice plump bellies. Mom is always with them as well; nursing or grooming them:)

Are you working with her former owner to rehome the kittens with papers? Do you plan to continue breeding the mom?

I bought the cats from a registered cattery. They have papers. Yes, I do plan to continue breeding her, however I do understand that she will need time and that it is unhealthy for her to have litters back to back. I have done much research on the topic of breeding cats. Btw, Tessa is not the queen that had spontaneously aborted her kittens.

I understand that you were rushed into this! So, the kittens will be rehomed as purebred kittens with papers? Do you have agreements drafted for new owners to sign re: never declawing, spaying and neutering by a certain age, that you'll always take them back if they need to be rehomed, etc?

How old is the mama? Do you know how many litters she had before?

Why are you being so mean?!? I was not rushed into purchasing cats without any thought as to what I was doing! I am a responsible breeder that loves my cats and gives them the best care! Yes, I have a contract that the buyers of my kittens must sign before the can take one of my babies home. Tessa is 2 years old (almost three) and this is her third litter.

Apologies if I have misrepresented myself. I only meant that you were rushed because you didn't breed her and you got kittens anyway, which I assume is faster than you expected.

I've never heard of this situation before, so was curious about how you dealt with the breeder you purchased her from, and whether you wanted to be a breeder at all.

Oh, I’m sorry, I misunderstood you. Yes I did have kittens faster than I expected, but I am completely able to care for them. The breeder I purchased her from is very reputable and a well known Ragdoll breeder. He has been breeding for years and has had much experience. Yes, I have been wanting to breed Ragdolls for so long and it’s really a dream come true to be able to live with and enjoy such amazing cats! I am sorry that I misunderstood you. Apologies please...
