Amish Vanilla Pies

Here are my vanilla pies. We'll keep one and my sister and BIL are coming over tonight for theirs. I have sliced strawberries for a bit of garnish. It's kind of like a pecan pie, but without the pecans, and with a shoofly-type sprinkle. Rick loves the stuff. This was one of the desserts that he specifically requested I make.

Looks Yummy. The only Amish pie that I tried is Shoo Fly Pie which is made of Molasses. It was a bit too much for me. Now this Pie, I would probably love. Thanks for sharing.
