normally I cook the chicken & liver (he doesn't care for raw) boneless and skinless.
the bones and skin go on simmer for an hour or so to get a thick bone broth. Then I've been tossing the bones and skin.
I wonder if anyone is adding cooked skin to their mixture?
Using Alnutrin egg shell calcium.
