It has recently come to our attention that some members were approached privately with a suggestion to join a competing pet forum. This is a general note to remind everyone that this is against the forum rules. We treat any effort to take traffic away from TCS as spamming and act accordingly.
To clarify, it's perfectly ok for anyone to join any website they feel like. It's not ok to encourage others to join competing sites.
On a personal note, I have spent almost 20 years nurturing and growing this website. This is time-consuming and resource-intensive work and I'm very proud of where we are as a community.
TCS forums are only as good as our members, and I feel very grateful that ours are, on the whole, supportive and caring people who care for each other and their cats. Thank you all!
