A cat-safe surface disinfectant that kills the Covid 19 virus?

Usual apologies if this is the wrong forum!

I've had asymptomatic Covid for a week, and am now wondering what on earth to use for a cleanup once I test negative (doesn't seem much point while I'm positive and isolating!) Things like Dettol or Clorox wipes are out, they're not safe around cats, and I can't isolate the girls in this tiny unit. I normally clean with a vinegar-water spray, but that's no use against C-19. Anybody had any experience with this? (I need something available in Australia, just to complicate things further.)

Isopropyl alcohol will kill Covid. Just don't let cats ingest it. I have to clean my cat's ears daily with warm water and rubbing alcohol (not isopropyl) because he gets two transdermal creams daily. Nothing wrong with it as a surface cleaner, just don't let them eat it. Can't imagine one would because of the smell.

One cat is severely asthmatic and I was concerned about the fumes of isopropyl spray or rubbing alcohol, and he has no issues from a quick clean of his ears or a spray and wipe of a countertop/doorknob
