Well it's about Luna again, she is now 5 months old and probably the naughtiest kitten I have ever seen. When I see her in the mornings she is all over me but when I leave she basically smashes the place up. I play with her as much as possible before work when I get back before sleep etc but she is crazy. She has got a huge cat tree, stupid amount of toys and run of the house to let her energy go. Let her go in the back garden for 30 mins in day supervised before getting her in again. She has done the following

Ripped all wallpaper
Scratched TVs
Smashed picture frames
Eaten my work even though it's above a cupboard high up
Won't let anyone but me stroke her, attacks my little nephew and niece
Chewed the phone wires
Chewed my football training boots
Does attack my feet and hands

She is a little shit and I'm hoping she grows out of all this, wasn't prepared for it really.

When I collected her she was beating up other kittens. Can a cats breed determine their behaviour or not?

She look pretty adorable on that photo. Having another black cat named Luna I have to admit I am especially appreciative of her :)
Secondly you sound exhausted and that probably makes everything harder for you. I truly hope you don't think that she is a "little peace of shit" but that you are just venting out. She sound a pretty normal for a kitten, it's just what they do. And of course she will outgrow it but when exactly it's hard to predict. In the mean time: put protections on the cables so she can't chew them (can be dangerous), kitten proof your home (hence no picture frame for the movement), giver her more appropriate places to climb and continue distracting her anytime she goes after your feet and hands with a stuffed toy. Ultimately she just has a lot of energy, at that age my Luna would play for more than 6 hours a day. The best thing to do is give her a much as you can high quality play time: like with a Dabird. The next thing is to do is give her a lot of automatic toys, food puzzle (you can hide them on cat trees etc for her to find) ... but ultimately you sound at the end of your rope I believe that in your case the best is probably to adopt another kitten for her to play with

Breed can influence behavior somewhat (i.e. the average Bengal will be more active than the average Ragdoll) but individual personality is really, well, individual ;). She sounds like a real pistol!

She needs more interactive play. Do you have a Da Bird? There are other brands too but Da Bird seems to be every cat's favorite. Some cats like laser lights. She needs to play until she's worn out at least twice a day. And try shoving a large stuffed animal into her paws whenever she attacks you, to try to get her to attack it instead. She needs an outlet for her energy. And it's a lot easier to redirect her to an appropriate outlet than to try to get her to pay attention to what you don't want her to do.

Also, there's nothing wrong with fixing up a small room or large cage with lots of toys and other necessities, and putting her in there when you can't supervise. Of course she'll be a bit pent up when you let her out---that's when you'd want to get Da Bird out---but it would prevent damage (and keep her from getting injured!) when you're not home.

On the bright side, she is hitting her peak about now. Another few months and it will slowly start to taper off, and a year from now she will be much more laid back.

Lol, kittens, yes they are endless energy! that age they never stop. but oh how i miss having one around. my youngest is 2 now, and they can still get fired up and run through the house like the wild bunch, but its not constant like with a kitten. yours will grow up, and calm down too, its nature. If you can enjoy this wild time with her, she will grow up and calm down sooner or later.

If not, desexing will help calm. Apart from that.....it pretty much sound like you have a kitten.
If you can give your cat acces to cat TV (a window). If you can put a couple of window sills to sit on to look out and amuse her self, that will help.
I'm putting cat door on my balcony Windows so when I go to work my cat can access the balcony for amusement.
Also you may want to consider a second kitten. They can offset and amuse each other. Maybe an older cat to be a more calming influence?

Thanks for the advice everyone, she is due to be spayed end of Jan.

I'd never lose my temper with her, never have done but she is a handful.

Having the spare room wallpapered and forgot to shut the door when I went out last night, came back she had ripped big chunks out of it and scratched two walls, biscuits were gone from her dish in the front room and thought she'd eaten them only to find them everywhere like she picked them up and dropped them in 5 different locations. She wasn't in her bed and found her flat out on my bed like she owns the joint.

Hopefully like people have said she will get better.

How was she raised for the first 7 weeks of her life? If she attacked other kittens, it seems like she wasn't socialized the right way when she was a baby.

Put all the valuable and dangerous objects away. An active kitten needs play time at least 4 times a day, and you play with her twice a day only. How do yo play with her by the way? Do you use a wand toy? It is the best. A cat chewing on not edible objects can be due to anxiety (not eating enough or not often enough, not playing enough etc). How often do you feed her?

As for the cat to human aggressive behavior, I would bell her (so you know when she is approaching you), spray water or use an air can whenever she tries to attack you. Your niece and nephew can do the same thing. This would stop her from attacking you guys. In addition, make sure you are the one who give her food (don't free feed her), so she knows where the food comes from. Have your niece and nephew feed her and play with her as well.

Some cats don't like to be petted. It really depends on how well she socialises with human during the sensitive period. You can train her to be more affectionate, but there is a limit for certain cats. Once she is more comfortable with other human beings, she might let them pet her, but concentrate on her head and back only.
