4paws Pet Insurance

Has anyone ever heard of or used 4Paws pet insurance? A representative approached my employer about offering a group discounted rate on their pet insurance for employees and she asked me if I knew anything about them. Based on their literature, they are underwritten by Arch Insurance out of Missouri. I've not heard of them before but I thought someone on this site might know if they are any good. Thanks for any input you can provide.
