Hi and welcome to TCS. Sorry none of our members who deal with kittens has seen your post yet - hopefully, they will soon! To show you how inexperienced I am, I thought KMR was used for kittens from newborn up to 6 weeks of age. As I understand it, this is the general guidelines for feeding KMR, and it doesn't specify a different amount based on age, but rather weight -
Newborn to 6-Week-Old Kittens:Feed kittens 2 tablespoons (30mL) of reconstituted KMR per 4 ounces (115g) of body weight daily. Kittens should be fed every 3-4 hours. The daily feeding amount should be divided into equal portions for each feeding. Individual kittens’ needs may vary. Warm reconstituted KMR to room or body temperature before serving.

I wish I could be of more help, and am hoping some other members pipe in very soon. Those kittens are little cuties!

There are some additional charts here with guidelines for weight and feeding. I have never seen KMR that did not say from newborns onward, but that does not mean that it does not exist.
Ooh my goodness! Thank you sooo much! So so much! I don’t have access to a vet as this is one of those situations where I just had to care for them & im happy to do it! The poop is orange. Is that okay?

The KMR you have should be fine as long as it is not expired. Do not dilute it.

The kittens may need worming and/or a round of Albon. Best to call the vet for advice as there are limits as to what kittens this young can be given.

Hello! So I have 3 three week old kittens. The ONLY KMR I have is for 4–8 week old kittens. Is it okay to bottle feed that to my kittens? If so, do I dilute? Please help!
What else do you have?

goats milk is almost always OK. So may be some other natural milks, esp if raw.

In a pinch, you can use human mothermilk replacer, but dilute less.

Unfortunately I can’t afford a vet. But thank you so so much for the reply! :)

When its time for deworming, you can probably use OTC dewormers... Depends on WHAT you have access to.
Ask us or google re the brands you have access to in your town. Be it the Pharmacia / Apothecary or Pet shop.
