So we inherited sweet Romeo and his brother.
We already have 2 siblings 2 1/2 years old.
We already feed the 4 Purina One healthy metabolism dry cat food. But for Romeo, we need a wet food, good for diabetes, and senior needs. He will continue to have a bit of kibbles.
We presently give him Purina one vibrant maturity 7+ pate'.
We are looking for a little less pricey.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

I think the FelineDiabetes.com message board is a better place to get nutrition advice for your cat's specific needs.

Generally low carb canned food is best for diabetics. Use the chart here to find foods under 10% carbs: https://catinfo.org/docs/CatFoodProteinFatCarbPhosphorusChart.pdf There might be some low carb senior foods listed there.

Fancy Feast Classic pates are a good choice: Wheat gluten free, low carbohydrate Wet Food Friskies has a few varieties that are low carb and they come in large sized cans.

Yes

I studied FDMB too. I think we're going with Fancy feast classic senior 7 yr+ chicken pate.
Thanks!
