Awwwww, happy Big Sixth Gotcha Day, sweet Mocha! What wonderful pix and video. She may have been semi-feral, but she was talking to you. Feral cats generally don't vocalize.Six years ago today, I brought home a very scared, almost feral three-year-old kitty. You can see in this video how frightened she was. Just listen to those pitiful cries and watch her fearful body language. She wouldn’t let me touch her for a long time.

Adopting a feral or semi-feral cat takes a tremendous amount of patience. Weeks, months of patience. But it’s oh so worth it! Happy 6th gotcha day, sweet Mocha.
Mocha, “I love you, Mom.”

Happy Wonderful Ninth PURRthday, lovely Phoebe!Enjoy this one and many more in safety, good health, comfort, best care, and LOVE!I missed Phoebe's (approximate) birthday - 6 October. She's nine now, maybe (the different vets we saw when we got her had very different ideas about her age).
No wonder she's not fussed about her birthday!
