2 year old cat with kidney disease?

I feel you with the kidney diets and dry food. Totally counterproductive. I feed Feline Natural’s and 4 of my 5 kitties like it. They like the King Salmon and The Venison the best. Phosphorus is 270mg/100kcal and 320mg/100kcal, respectively. Not the lowest but a good balance of ingredients and phos levels I feel like.

We did the ultrasound and it only shows that the kidneys are a bit small for a cat his size but could also be normal (hes very long and tall). He is going to be put on a supplement 3 times a day for it and going to watch the phos in his food (vet didnt want low phos food due to low normal phos in bloodwork). He did have 2 enlarged lymph nodes though and didnt say much about it..
