Well I'm an artist in the sense that I draw and paint (though the painting is a more recent addition) - I do also sing - and I was even forced to turn down a job singing that would have paid me more than £200 PER NIGHT, simply because it was too far away for me to feasibly get to. I've always been creative, and it rakes in the money for me - I could say I hate accountants, but they're just doing what they're good at - is it really so bad to make an asset of what you excel in?

Well i mean if we were talking truths i am an artist as well, but i prefer people show me there work than say they are an artist, i think being classifyed as one should come from the people that enjoy your work not the person that is the "artist" i think also it is a word that people use to freely, i think few people are true artists, its just my opinion, i think i am creativly inclined but i do not and would not consider my self an artist. Art is just something i am very critical of, its more towards the people that do not know very much about art and what makes it good to say they are an artist because they can some what draw.Originally Posted by LilleKat

They're very good. I'd post a link to my portfolio - but I don't actually advertise on the net. I prefer the personal touch of exhibition in that respect. Well, that and I don't have the means to put my work up properly on the net - it's one thing to just take a photo with a half decent camera, and another to get the site to look professional (which yours does, I must say)

- I'm adicted to playing computer games
- I like a drink of Whisky at the weekends
- My Dad died when my son was exactly (to the minute) 3 weeks old, and I was 19 yrs old.
- My Mum died when I was 34yrs old
- My Dad was 53yrs old when I was born, and 23yrs older than my Mum
- I had a lovely normal childhood
- I loved being a Mum when my kids were small, I loved it when they were off school and we could spend time together. I was never a Mum who complained when they were on holiday from school, but wished the holidays were longer.

- My final exams are coming up in a few weeks for my most important year of schooling
