Just yesterday she suddenly started vomitting up clear yellow liquid, slightly foamy. She hasn't eaten since and she still throws yellow liquid. 'Went to the vet today to get my female cat checked. The vet didn't find anything unusual with my cat's liver and kidneys. Although my cat's body temp went up to 41 degrees during that vet visit, so the vet administered something to bring her fever down and gave me some multivitamins. I've noticed that her meow is different too and would stay in the same position as I've seen her in. Is it right for me if I continue to forcefeed her (she keeps vomitting it out)? If so how often and what can I mix her food with... or would that stress her out even more... I'm at my wits end....

Hi and welcome to TCS despite what brought you here. There isn't much point in force feeding her if she is throwing it up afterward. Perhaps another vet would be a good idea. Your cat likely needs further testing and some help to try to get her to eat without forcing it. Anti-nausea meds could help, along with an appetite stimulant.

She probably could use some IV fluids as well, as dehydration can occur pretty easily without her eating and drinking. Not to mention the fever. While it is possible the fever is the source of her lack of appetite, I am guessing there are other reasons that go hand-in-hand with the fever.

Hi. I am sorry your cat is so sick.
Please get into another veterinarian ASAP. I would consider looking for an urgent care vet hospital. They usually have less wait than an ER and cost less. But they are usually only open a shorter time during the day on the weekends.
