I just checked out the ingredients and the price. This stuff is really expensive, is 98 % lactose free (that's what upsets kitty's tummy ) and has a bunch of other stuff in it that I would not want my cats to have. It does have taurine which is good. You're better off buying a carton of Lactaid milk at the grocery store which is 100%  lactose free and lot less expensive. I can buy it in any grocery store for under $5.00 for a half gallon. Compare that to what PetFoodDirect charges for ca. 18 oz ( $6.49 plus S&H)

I am somewhat lactose intolerant (meaning I can eat hard cheese but not the soft and no fluid milk, yoghurt, cottage cheese etc) so I drink the Lactaid milk which has the lactose removed. My cats have no tummy problems with that either although some of them just don't care for milk.

I give this stuff to my kitties once in a while as a treat. Gink loves it, Gozer not so much. You mentioned it's good for sneaking meds, I assume you grind them up and stir them into the milk? I ask in part because neither of my cats will eat wet food and this sounds like a great alternative to pilling Gink in order to get her meds in her (especially because I can guarantee Gozer won't touch it).

Yeah, I don't get it. It seemed like it would be perfect, but even though both cats had very different tastes...they hated it.  I even tried putting it next to them, putting it near their food bowls...every attempt was a failure.

Our last cat was addicted to cat milk, and would only drink the Whiskas brand. Our current one starts begging as soon as he sees the container. I haven't tried any other brands on him, though.
